FlexTainer™ 3D Process bags are manufactured to compliment the process container. Containers can vary from U-Line Drums to Advanced 2,000 Liter bioreactors. Each design can be customized to accommodate the process needs and hardware. FlexTainer™ 3D Bags can be used in most major brand bioreactors, bins and totes. Customized vessels are available from FlexBiosys. The FlexTainer™ 3D Single-use bags minimize the risk of cross contamination, reduce cleaning costs and shorten process turnaround time. All FlexTainer™ bags are manufactured in our ISO Class 7 cleanroom utilizing industry leading films to ensure compatibility with your biological processing. All materials exceed USP Class VI requirements. Bioprocessing bags can be customized with additional ports, tubing, filters, connectors, etc. Suitable for storage and processing of a variety of liquids including media, buffers, process liquids, and biological products. Tank Liners are available.
All materials are manufactured in the U.S.A. and gamma irradiated at 25 – 40kGy.
